With each collection, our goal is to continue to improve our products, which is done by using only elements from global leaders in footwear. Italian Vibram soles are perfect in Garment Project sneakers, as Vibram rubber is sufficiently hard to be extremely durable while still flexible and soft enough to provide maximum comfort and support. Vibram has designed and produced soles since 1937 and is in the elite of high performance rubber soles. Vibram is known from the extreme sports where, for decades, the soles have been known for their safety, performance, quality and, not least, innovation.
Why does the Garment Project use EVA soles? EVA soles are made from EVA foam, which is shock-absorbing mouldable foam. To the Garment Project, it was important from the outset to design and manufacture high-comfort shoes that you can wear all day long. Therefore, EVA foam has been a part of the soles from the very beginning. Today, the Garment Project makes their own shock-absorbing Eva in-soles for optimal comfort in the types of shoes where the soles do not provide much comfort by themselves.
100% breathable and antibacterial insoles. ArneFlex insoles provide long-lasting comfort, breathability, and shock absorption. They ensure comfort and healthy feet. Besides improving the breathability these insoles also minimize unwanted odors.
ArneFlex is a polyurethane foam made of 100% recycled materials. The foam is breathable, anti-bacterial and anti-static and has carbon as its key component. Carbon is a vegetable substance that absorbs, chemicals, gases, heavy metals, proteins, waste and toxins and is used as an antibacterial. In addition, breathability and absorption are properties that allow to eliminate moisture and unwanted odors.
ArneFlex insoles are made with Ergo Comfort - a system that places the foot load on the heel area, allow the sole to rest and also gives shock absorption while standing, walking and running.
